Marketing Manager : Execution & Strategy Implementation

About the Role

At Realtooth, our marketing strategies are carefully crafted at the leadership level, but their true success lies in flawless execution. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between strategy and on-ground action. This role ensures that marketing plans are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable, detailed execution plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with in-house teams, freelancers, designers, content creators, and other external partners to deliver campaigns effectively.
• Monitor and track the performance of ongoing campaigns using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
• Report progress and performance metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for better outcomes.
• Ensure that all creative and campaign outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.
• Manage timelines and deadlines, ensuring smooth execution without compromising quality.
• Maintain alignment between marketing execution and overall organizational goals.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in digital marketing campaign execution and management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
• Creative thinking coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in content planning, social media management, and vendor coordination.

Preferred Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing execution, ideally in healthcare, retail, or service-based industries.

• Exposure to both organic and paid marketing channels.

Engagement Model

• This is a full-time, in-house position. The role demands consistent oversight, hands-on coordination, and complete ownership of marketing outcomes.
