Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Assist in financial audits and prepare necessary documentation Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial improvement Bookkeeping of all transactions and reconciling with bank statements on a monthly basis Processing AP invoices on a daily basis and preparing sales estimates and purchase orders (PO) Prepare Account Receivables data for overdue and non-overdue customers Work on adhoc requests for reports or Financial analysis as and when required Prepare monthly GST sales report and other tax report Process employee salary and any other procurement payment Prepare and proof-reading of NDA before sign and dated Taking care of the company s legal and required document preparation Contribute to transformation projects and bring ideas to automate processes Good to Have: Experience in a tech/startup environment Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc) Email marketing tool experience (eg, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns) Experience into Business Development or similar role for Automotive industry Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field 3-6 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in tech, SaaS, automotive, or B2B industries) A creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset What are we looking for Monitor and implement current marketing trends, tools, and best practices Manage and optimize the company s website, ensuring smooth performance and regular updates Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and generate insights Handle and grow LinkedIn and other social media platforms with regular content creation and scheduling Craft engaging stories and marketing content to enhance brand presence and connect with the audience Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, case studies, and email campaigns Knowledge on running ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) for performance and ROI Implement and evolve SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies Key Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles (minimum 3 years preferred) Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools Strong working knowledge of WordPress (design tweaks, plugins, content updates, performance optimization) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities Ability to manage and grow social media presence, especially LinkedIn Knowledge of SEO principles and ability to apply latest strategies is a plus Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns across platforms
