Overview We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to head the marketing teams at The Wedding Biryani and Coal Barbecues. This role is critical in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will also be pivotal in managing the media team to ensure timely and high-quality content creation and campaign execution. Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business goals, utilizing allocated budgets efficiently. Analyze market trends and customer insights to adapt strategies that meet evolving business needs. 2. Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisition: Design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively increase footfall and transactions across all revenue-generating platforms. Achieve a target of at least 5% month-on-month growth in customer transactions through creative and feasible marketing initiatives. 3. Content and Media Team Management: Oversee the media team to ensure content is created and published in alignment with brand standards and campaign goals. Ensure all content is delivered on schedule, meets quality standards, and is effectively executed across appropriate channels. Hold the media team accountable for timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Identify customer pain points and collaborate with functional teams to develop solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring marketing activities resonate well with target demographics. 5. Performance Metrics and Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing them against ROI and KPI goals. Maintain transaction targets and adjust strategies to consistently meet or exceed these benchmarks. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a media or content team. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to forecast trends and identify challenges. Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
