Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the product document update process across marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with compliance for timely approvals and version control.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and data.
  • Oversee template management and document distribution across internal systems.
  • Perform weekly clean-up of contact staging area and manage entries into CRM.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality control with internal systems and teams.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Hands-on experience with

    HubSpot

    Salesforce

    , and content/data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Private Wealth or Financial Marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes in marketing communications.
