Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  marketing strategies and campaigns

  to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong

  client relationships

  to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with the

  sales team

  to generate qualified leads and support conversion efforts.
• Plan, execute, and monitor

  digital marketing campaigns

  across various channels (SEO, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
• Oversee the creation of engaging

  marketing collaterals

  such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing activities for maximum ROI.
  
• Stay updated on

  market trends, competitor activities,

  and emerging digital tools.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient execution.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  real estate marketing and lead generation

• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Preferred Age Group: 30 to 40 years

• Incentives: Along with the fixed salary, incentives will also be provided. The incentive can range from 1x to 3x of the salary based on performance.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
