We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support conversion efforts. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, social media, email, paid ads, etc.). Oversee the creation of engaging marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing activities for maximum ROI. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools. Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient execution. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in real estate marketing and lead generation . Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Creative thinking with strong project management abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning mindset. Preferred Age Group: 30 to 40 years Incentives: Along with the fixed salary, incentives will also be provided. The incentive can range from 1x to 3x of the salary based on performance.
