Marketing Manager (ATL & BTL)

You are a skilled and proactive Marketing Manager with over 4 years of experience in successfully executing and overseeing ATL & BTL campaigns. Your expertise lies in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with consumer behavior and boost brand visibility, ultimately contributing to business growth. Your main responsibilities will include creating and carrying out comprehensive marketing plans encompassing ATL (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor) and BTL (Events, Activations, In-store promotions, Direct Marketing) channels. You will collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns and work hand in hand with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with the company's goals. As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of managing marketing budgets effectively, tracking campaign performance, and providing detailed post-campaign analysis reports. Your role will also involve conducting market research and consumer insight studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the brand. Additionally, you will coordinate and supervise various BTL activities such as product launches, roadshows, mall activations, trade events, etc., while maintaining brand consistency across all communication platforms. You will take the lead in developing content and creative materials for marketing collaterals and advertising, as well as liaising with vendors and partners for promotional events and merchandise production.
