· Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
· Ensure efficient execution of demand generation program to increase consumer base and maximize per capita
Collection :
Collections/Management of accounts receivables
Collection report to be reviewed every Monday and after closing
Promotion :
Management of promotional budgets and costs
Ensure that each HQ is following corporate promotion strategy
Forecasting :
Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control after closing
Attrition :
Control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
