Description
As an Assistant Manager - Global Sustainability BMC Supervising Associate at EY, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Sustainability team in achieving EY's goal of being recognized as a global leader in sustainability while engaging the workforce in this mission. You will be involved in various aspects of external branding, marketing initiatives, internal communications, and engagement programs. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team and leaders in the delivery of the Global Sustainability Strategic program development, writing for various formats, managing agencies for creative assets, project managing internal and external campaign elements, delivering performance analysis, managing the publication of Global Sustainability content, and supporting the enablement of Regions to leverage global programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the team and leaders in the delivery of the Global Sustainability Strategic program development and activation through various communication formats. - Write for presentations, newsletters, digital/social, internal and external communications. - Manage agencies to deliver creative assets for internal and external campaigns. - Project manage internal and external campaign elements and support across the Global Sustainability BMC portfolio. - Deliver performance analysis on campaigns and provide reporting to stakeholders. - Manage the publication of Global Sustainability content on EY.com and create impactful user journeys. - Support the enablement of Regions to leverage and replicate global programs. - Manage quality and assurance review processes. - Develop a diverse network in BMC and business to support effective planning and management of sustainability network calls. - Get involved in creating integrated external and internal communications materials. - Liaise with agencies and internal resources to deliver creative assets for campaigns. - Support ad-hoc projects aligned with the Global Sustainability strategy. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with attention to detail. - Strong networking and stakeholder management skills. - Strong project management skills under pressure and tight deadlines. - Experience working with internal and external channels. - A strong team player with a "can do" attitude. - Ability to work effectively across geographic borders and time zones. - Creative thinker and communicator. - Self-awareness and results-oriented. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, publishing, and channels. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with excellent time management skills. - Experience presenting and facilitating meetings. - Proficient in PowerPoint slides design and production. - Professional services experience and understanding of EY sustainability goals.
