Location: Bhopal, Madhya PradeshEmployment Type: Paid Internship (6 months) - On Site.Role OverviewThe Zappy Box is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing and e-commerce execution for our growing gifting brand. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to how products, content, and brand communication are managed across multiple platforms.You will assist with marketplace listings, website updates, research and documentation, working closely with other internal departments. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Website SupportUpdating and maintaining product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, FNP and the brand website.Support website optimization tasks such as content updates and layout checks.Marketing Execution & CoordinationHelp ensure timely implementation of approved marketing and content updates across platforms.Support internal teams with information and documentation required for launches or updates.Research & InsightsConduct market, competitor, and category research to support content and listing improvements.Track trends in gifting, product presentation, and marketplace best practices.Tracking & DocumentationMaintain trackers for product updates, content changes, marketplace uploads, and approvals.Prepare reports and summaries for internal review.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with spreadsheets and other documentation tools.Good research and analytical skills to support market, product, and competitor analysis.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized.Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, and brand management.Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a cross-functional environment.Experience0–2 years of relevant internship, coursework, or academic project experience is preferred.Freshers are welcome to apply.BenefitsA strong foundation to kickstart your career in marketing within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Training and mentorship to build industry knowledge and relevant skillsets.Potential conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.Application ProcessIf you’re interested in marketing and e-commerce and are eager to gain hands-on experience, we’d love to hear from you.
