Stipend: 2,500 fixed + up to 7,500 performance-based

Responsibilities:

Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)

Create posts, reels, stories, graphics, captions

Plan & execute marketing campaigns

Coordinate with design team/volunteers

Audience engagement & community building

Track performance & suggest improvements

Support outreach with sponsors/influencers/student groups

Requirements:

Interest in social media & marketing

Basic Canva/Photoshop skills (or willingness to learn)

Good communication & creative writing

Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

Enthusiasm for events & networking
