ROLE: Creativity + Strategy Focus

What You'll Do:

? Work directly with Marketing Leadership to conceptualize and execute full-funnel

marketing campaigns

? Create content, copy, and creative briefs that cut through the noise - be it OOH,

digital, reels, or in-store assets

? Use behavioral science + trend research to craft compelling value propositions

? Build structured frameworks for messaging hierarchy, brand storytelling, and

campaign playbooks

? Assist in ATL/BTL media planning, concept mockups, brand moodboards, and

thematic explorations

? Track performance of creatives and optimize across iterations

Who You Are:

? Top 1% thinker with a flair for writing, aesthetics, and psychology

? Can build a campaign, pitch deck, or a meme with equal flair

? Can defend your creative ideas with logic and market insight

? Knows how to balance chaos with structure - can bring order to creative workflows
