We are seeking a Marketing Insights Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics and a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing insights strategies to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and present reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools.
Lead market research initiatives to gather data on customer needs and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

9-12 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
