As a Technical Marketing Specialist for the Crop business at Croda, a FTSE100 organization dedicated to Smart Science to Improve Lives, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing activities, providing insights, collaborating with R&D and Sales teams, and adapting to market needs. Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Marketing of the Life Sciences business, your focus will be on leading marketing efforts in the South Asia market, identifying new opportunities, and facilitating communication between R&D and Sales. Key Responsibilities: - Lead marketing activities for the South Asia market - Identify new markets and product opportunities - Manage interface between R&D and Sales teams - Collate and analyze industry data to identify new market opportunities - Develop and execute marketing plans including communications, digital activities, and promotional media - Track progress of new product development initiatives and support commercial launch plans - Present to customers to gain feedback and enrich marketing plans - Implement marketing and communication initiatives at customers - Define market offerings by translating market needs into innovative ideas - Organize internal sales and marketing conferences and training events - Attend industry conferences to acquire market feedback - Support sales team with customer visits involving technical and marketing presentations Qualifications Required: - Degree qualified in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a Masters in Sales or Marketing - Extensive experience in marketing and gathering insights for the Crop Protection Industry - Knowledge of Agricultural formulation products and applications - Ability to collaborate with internal functions - Strong planning and organizational skills - Creative thinking within market and technical environments - Ability to influence stakeholders to meet common goals (Note: Omitting additional details of the company as it was not provided in the job description),
