Marketing /HR Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing/HR Intern to join our hospital team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to both marketing and human resources functions in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and interested in healthcare operations, employee engagement, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Support:

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external marketing campaigns
• Support in content creation for social media, newsletters, and brochures
• Coordinate health camps, patient awareness programs, and community outreach activities
• Help manage hospital branding and online presence
• Conduct market and competitor research

HR Support:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain HR records and assist in documentation
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in training coordination and feedback collection

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with social media tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
