Job Summary:

The Marketing Head will lead all marketing, branding, promotion, and admission-driven activities of Rama University. The role requires a strategic leader capable of driving student admissions growth, enhancing brand visibility, and executing effective marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual marketing and admissions strategy aligned with university goals.
  
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for admissions (offline & online).
  
• Increase student enrollments through targeted marketing initiatives and lead-generation activities.
  
• Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and online reputation of the university.
  
• Coordinate with various departments for planning events, seminars, school/college connect programs, and outreach activities.
  
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and student preferences to refine strategies.
  
• Oversee branding, advertising, creatives, and all communication materials.
  
• Handle media relations, PR activities, and external agency coordination.
  
• Lead, train, and supervise the marketing & admissions team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and present progress to senior leadership.
  
• Ensure cost-effective execution of all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in university/education industry marketing
