About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brand presence, executing result-oriented campaigns, and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead branding, digital marketing, content, and offline marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets and optimize marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency.
• Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve KPIs.
• Track campaign performance through metrics and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Proven expertise in brand management, market research, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
