Job Description

Job Summary:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products in line with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Assist in pricing strategies and quotation preparation.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Maintain a database of clients and update CRM records.
Monitor and report marketing performance metrics and prepare MIS reports for management.
Support digital marketing, branding, and social media promotion.
Ensure after-sales service support in coordination with relevant teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of industrial / manufacturing products and B2B marketing.
Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
Customer-focused mind set with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

BE in Mechanical, Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
Exposure to B2B marketing and industrial clients is an added advantage.
