Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives. You will play a key role in brand management, market research, dealer engagement, digital marketing, team leadership, and performance tracking. Your expertise in marketing, particularly in the cement or building materials industry, will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies to support business goals. - Lead market expansion and competitive positioning strategies in existing and new geographies. - Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization. - Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. - Oversee ATL & BTL campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities. - Conduct periodic market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. - Design and execute dealer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and trade promotions. - Lead digital transformation initiatives including social media, SEO, performance marketing, and digital campaigns. - Lead the marketing team across regions and drive a performance-oriented culture. - Track KPIs for marketing campaigns, product visibility, and brand performance. - Present monthly and quarterly reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory guidelines. Qualification Required: - MBA in Marketing or related specialization. - 10-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cement or building materials industry. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trade networks, and the construction ecosystem. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making. - Experience in handling large-scale marketing budgets and multi-region operations.
