We are currently looking for a Marketing Head and Zonal Head for a manufacturing industry of building materials.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Develop & implement a strategic sales plan for the zone.
2. Set sales targets & motivate the team to achieve them.
3. Build & maintain strong relationships with key customers.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
5. Identify opportunities for business growth & expansion.
6. Train and develop the sales team to improve their performance.
7. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team.
8. Prepare & present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
9. 5+ years of experience in sales management.
10. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
11. Excellent leadership & team management skills.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
13. Good knowledge of the market trends & customer preferences.
14. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
