Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for admissions, placements, academic programs, events, and corporate outreach.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platformsprint, digital, broadcast, and on-ground.
  • Design and implement brand campaigns (e.g., Open House, Convocation, Faculty Development Programs) for internal and external audiences.
  • Develop a unified Brand Communication Strategy to maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.

2. Digital Marketing & Web Presence

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate quality leads and enhance online visibility.
  • Manage agency partners handling SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and digital design.
  • Regularly review and update the website to ensure accuracy, strong SEO performance, and an excellent user experience.

3. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Oversee the social media content calendar and storytelling for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging stories highlighting student life, placements, faculty achievements, research, alumni success, and campus events.
  • Encourage user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and creative campus branding initiatives.

4. Print & Outdoor Media

  • Manage print media buying, creative conceptualization, ad releases, and press communication for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of impactful visuals and messaging.
  • Oversee outdoor branding such as hoardings, bus shelters, and metro branding based on campus requirements.

5. Event & PR Management

  • Design media strategies and promotional materials for flagship events like Convocations, Conferences, HR Summits, and Admission Drives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets for press releases, coverage, and institutional announcements.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility of I.T.S Greater Noida across top-tier media publications.

6. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget in alignment with institutional goals.
  • Track ROI and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM/Lead Management systems.
  • Present periodic reports on campaign performance, brand metrics, and student engagement analytics.

7. Collaboration & Team Management

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align institutional goals with marketing and branding strategies.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Managers, delegating tasks based on individual strengths and potential.
