Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives across product categories.
Build and strengthen brand positioning through innovative campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
Lead market research and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Oversee product launches, packaging, pricing, and distribution strategies in alignment with business goals.
Drive ATL & BTL marketing activities, including advertising, events, trade promotions, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with channel requirements and customer needs.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.
Establish strong relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and key external stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and track performance to measure effectiveness of campaigns and brand health.

Requirements:

MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute.
1218 years of experience in
FMCG marketing
, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful brand building, product launches, and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
