About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Head to lead our brand growth, campaigns, and overall marketing direction. This role calls for someone who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making, inspire teams, and take our service-based business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to deliver impactful results.
• Oversee digital marketing, content, events, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Track and report marketing performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in a service-based company.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
