About the Opportunity

At Gray Matrix, social isn t just about presence it s about conversation, creativity, and connection.

We re looking for a Social Media Specialist who doesn t just post content they build brand narrative, track impact, and understand culture in real-time.

You ll be the voice of our teams, our work, and our vibe across platforms, across formats.

What We re Looking For

2-4 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X)
Strong grasp of content planning, scheduling, post optimization, and platform trends
Skilled in copywriting, creative ideation, and cross-functional collaboration
Comfort working with designers, content creators, and founders to shape brand voice
Familiarity with social analytics, paid/organic strategy, and platform tools

Bonus Points

Experience in B2B or tech/startup brands
Background in working with Canva, Adobe, or content planning tools
Passion for tech, storytelling, and connecting deeply with audiences
