As a Marketing Generalist at Enlog, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and boost ROI. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies (digital & traditional) that align with business objectives - Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities - Plan and execute SEO & SEM strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic - Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Focus on quality lead generation across multiple channels - Analyze marketing data to optimize performance and enhance lead conversion - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns - Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role - Hands-on experience with SEO & SEM tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms - Strong research and analytical skills - Understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) In addition to the mentioned qualifications, experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) would be considered as bonus points. Previous work in B2B or SaaS environments will also be beneficial for this role.
