Marketing Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute the organisations marketing strategy.
• Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and communication plans.
• Drive brand visibility across events, digital platforms, and industry forums.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with senior management for strategic initiatives and messaging.
• Partner with HR for internal branding and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with BU heads to align messaging and support organizational needs.

Content & Communication

• Create high-quality written content: press releases, newsletters, leadership messages, website content, and

presentations.

• Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Prepare communication material for events, customer visits, and showcases.

Digital & Social Media

• Support LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
• Assist in analytics and continuous improvement of digital presence.

Marketing Operations & Budgeting

• Manage marketing budgets and track spends.
• Coordinate with vendors for design, printing, PR, and events.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and event materials.

Mandatory Requirements

• • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior management.
• • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
• • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• • MBA in Marketing/HR OR a Technical Degree with strong communication skills.
• • 35 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• • Experience in semiconductor, engineering, or technology domains is preferred.
