Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive (Fresher) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn about the logistics and freight forwarding industry, support sales operations, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in logistics sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and professional networking.
Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate logistics and freight solutions.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in CRM systems or sales records.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as required.
Candidate Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate qualification; MBA in Marketing, Business, or Logistics preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good command of English and local languages.
Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
