Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
product development and bulk order processing
, including issue tracking and order monitoring.
Communicate regularly with customers and provide
weekly updates on order status
.
Coordinate with the
Product Development (PD) team
for new inquiries, analyze requirements, and prepare costings and details for customer submission.
Visit the
manufacturing plant
for regular follow-up on sampling and bulk production.
Monitor production progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and specifications.
Address and resolve order-related issues in coordination with internal teams and customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong
technical understanding of fabrics
, constructions, and related processes.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Working knowledge of
ERP / SAP systems
for order processing and tracking.
Ability to analyze inquiries, pricing, and development requirements effectively.

Soft Skills:

Excellent
communication and coordination skills
.
Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in merchandising, textiles, or apparel industry.
Exposure to product development, sampling, and bulk production management.
2 5 Years Of experiences in RMG and merchandising.
