Job Description

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute targeted
email marketing campaigns
using tools like
Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns
, etc.
Design and manage
marketing collateral
including PPTs, mailers, landing pages, and LinkedIn creatives.
Collaborate closely with
Sales and Inside Sales
teams for lead generation, new logo acquisition, and reactivation of dormant accounts.
Maintain and execute a
marketing calendar
for outreach, case studies, and social media posts.
Track campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize performance.
Support thought leadership content whitepapers, newsletters, webinars.

Required Skills:

1.5–3 years of experience in
B2B marketing
, preferably in
IT Services, Staffing, or Consulting
domains.
Proficiency in
email marketing tools
and
marketing automation platforms
.
Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads
,
SEO
, and
SEM
strategies.
Excellent communication, content creation, and campaign execution skills.
Strong analytical mindset for campaign performance tracking and reporting.
