with educational institutions.This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and local area familiarity.Key ResponsibilitiesSchool & College OutreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education counselors
Conduct Regular Visits To Schools And Colleges For
Seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessionsBranding activities and student engagement drivesCoordinate with academic teams for demo classes and counselling sessionsOn-Ground Marketing & Lead GenerationExecute Local Marketing Campaigns Including
Flyers, standees, posters, and banner placementsEvent marketing, education fairs, and student meetsGenerate high-quality student leads and ensure timely handover to the counselling teamTrack daily outreach activity and conversionsBrand Visibility & PartnershipsIdentify and activate local partnerships (hostels, libraries, cafes, PGs, bookstores, etc.)Ensure Toprankers’ brand presence is strong across key student hotspots in DehradunRepresent Toprankers professionally in all external interactionsReporting & CoordinationMaintain outreach reports, lead data, and activity trackersCoordinate closely with Centre Head, counselling, and central marketing teamsProvide market insights, competitor activity, and student feedbackDesired Candidate ProfileExperience:
1–4 years in field marketing, education sales, or institutional outreachMandatory:
Own two-wheeler (bike) with valid licenseStrong local network with schools and colleges in Dehradun
