Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our marketing initiatives in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing ATL & BTL campaigns, boosting brand awareness, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns Coordinate promotional events, in-store branding, and merchandising activities Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to manage campaign deliverables Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and customer engagement metrics Assist in content creation, digital presence enhancement, and lead generation initiatives Support sales teams with marketing materials and activation efforts Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing Strong understanding of ATL & BTL strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools Preferred Industry Background: Retail, Apparel, FMCG, Hosiery Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of regional marketing trends and consumer behavior in the retail/FMCG sector
