Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting interior fitout ( end-to-end interior solutions) to potential customers, builders, and architects. Key Responsibilities: · Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and digital platforms. · Identify and build relationships with builders, architects, and homeowners. · Follow up on inquiries, schedule client meetings, and support project discussions. · Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and on-site visits. · Maintain marketing records and reports using MS Excel. · Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth project handling. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction). · Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, (any) or equivalent. · Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management. · Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil. · Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license. · Proactive, confident, and result-oriented personality with strong follow-up skills. Salary Range 25 to 30 K (plus incentives and travel allowance on actuals)
