Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at our company, your primary role will be to oversee and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to ensure strong brand presence in the marketplace - Focusing on catchment areas to attract customers and increase sales - Preparing an annual marketing calendar with planned campaigns - Managing budgets to ensure cost-effective promotion activities - Leading, mentoring, and managing the marketing team - Coordinating with cross-functional departments such as sales, product development, and retail stores - Interfacing with local media and external vendors for advertisements, public relations, and promotional events - Overseeing digital campaigns including SEO, social media, and email marketing - Analyzing campaign performance using KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed - Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer preferences - Tailoring marketing efforts accordingly - Planning product launches and promotional activities to maximize visibility and sales for silk products or apparel collections In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
