Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:

To plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support sales growth of the companys beverage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion & Marketing Campaigns

• Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.
  
• Plan ATL & BTL activities including trade promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
  
• Coordinate with agencies for creative designs, advertisements, and media planning.
  

• Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies.
  
• Collect consumer insights and feedback to align marketing strategies with market demands.
  

• Sales & Trade Marketing Support

• Work closely with the sales team to design trade schemes, product visibility activities, and POS materials.
  
• Support product launches and promotional events at retail and distribution channels.
  

• Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage brand presence on social media platforms and ensure regular content updates.
  
• Run digital campaigns to boost engagement and reach target audiences.
  

• Reporting & Budgeting

• Monitor marketing spends, track ROI on campaigns, and prepare performance reports.
  
• Assist in preparing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 2–5 years of marketing experience in FMCG/Beverage/Consumer Goods industry.
  
• Hands-on experience in trade marketing, promotions, and digital marketing.
