We're Hiring: Marketing Executive Remote I Monthly Retainer: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Experience in a skincare or personal care brand is mandatory At Siacera , we’re building a skincare brand rooted in science, purpose, and visible results—crafted for Indian skin, with premium formulations backed by dermatological insight. As we prepare for our launch, we’re looking for a proactive, creative, and self-driven Marketing Executive to join us as a retainer . Your Role: As our Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our digital presence. You will: Ideate, contribute, and oversee execution of monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Assist in post creation, captions, and new content formats aligned with brand tone and brand guidelines. Suggest creative campaign ideas for product launches and skin education. Monitor ad performance and provide suggestions for improving results. Coordinate with our external marketing agency and designing agency and act as the bridge between agency and founder. Create, give suggestions and ideas for packaging design and social media post Stay updated with skincare trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools. You Must Have: Prior experience in marketing for a skincare/personal care/D2C beauty brand (non-negotiable) not more than 1-2 years. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, Reels, and influencer marketing. Creativity + Execution: You bring fresh ideas and know how to get things done. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Availability to work remotely. What We Offer: Monthly retainer of ₹20,000–₹25,000 based on experience.
