Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and monitor BTL marketing campaigns, including product activations, in-store promotions, exhibitions, events, and trade marketing.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and costeffective execution of BTL initiatives.
• Support retail marketing activities, such as shop-in-shop branding, signage, and visual merchandising campaigns.
• Track performance and ROI of BTL campaigns using measurable KPIs.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost optimization in all BTL spends.
• Conduct market visits and consumer interactions to understand campaign effectiveness and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
• Identify new opportunities for local and regional marketing campaigns.
