About The Role: Roundglass Sustain is seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is important for our mission by enhancing our visibility and growing our supporter base. This position will work closely with the Marketing Lead of Roundglass Sustain for developing and implementing the brand, marketing and communication strategies across platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a proven track record in marketing management and creating impact. The successful candidate will work closely with and manage relationships with internal shared resources and external partners, to ensure cohesive and effective communication of our mission and outreach programs. What you'll do: 1. Work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop and execute comprehensive online and offlinemarketingandcommunicationstrategiesfor Roundglass Sustain's storytelling, events, brand initiatives, and partnerships. 2.Driveimplementationofpartnershipinitiativeswith potential sponsors, NGO partners, and academic institutions. 3.Leadbrandcommunicationcampaignsto enhance brand visibility and engagement. 4.Helpideateandimplementanorganicdigitalstrategyto drive traffic and increase engagement across the website, social media handles, and newsletter subscriptions. 5.Developmarketing-relatedinitiatives,events,campaigns,andpromotionalmaterialsto support brand objectives. 6.Monitorandanalyzetheprogressandimpactofmarketinginitiativesto foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 7.Seekandestablishpartnershipsandcollaborationsthat enhance Roundglass Sustain's capabilities and further its brand and goals. 8.Actasanadvocateforthebrand, promoting its values and mission. 9.Coordinateandnegotiatewithvendors,exhibitors,andstakeholdersto plan and organize events, with a strong emphasis on minimizing expenses and maximizing efficiency and impact. 10.Maintainmarketingtrackersandensurearegularcadenceofupdates. 11.Alignwiththeeditorialteamsgoalsandtiethosein. QualificationsandSkills: 1.710yearsof experience inadvertisingormarketingwith a creative brand. 2. Proven experience in developing360 marketing campaignsfrom scratch, includingstrategic positioning, audience identification, media strategy, andlaunch roadmaps. 3. Track record of creatingcreativelyexcellentworkthat generatesimpact. 4.Passionateabout nature and driven to introducenature-basedcontentto awideraudience. 5.Strong communication skillsto define appealing marketing strategies and campaigns; a keen eye for design, optics, and visual marketing. 6. Ability toworkindependentlyand manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. 7. Proficient insocialmediaanddigitalmarketing. 8. Strongconceptdevelopmentandpresentationskills. 9. Comfortableinterpretingdatato inform marketing strategies. 10.Hands-onapproachand ability to work in a lean team with shared resources. 11. A sense of humor
