Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial real estate projects. Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and lead generation. Manage property listings on portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, etc. Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and open house events. Coordinate with the Sales team to track and analyze lead conversion and campaign performance. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Develop brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials in coordination with design teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Handle CRM tools and update customer databases. Liaise with external vendors, printing partners, and event organizers as needed. Ready to make an impact?
