Position: Marketing Executive (Offline & Digital- Both the positions are open) Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Experience: 4-6+ years Industry Preference: Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, Consumer Durables, Retail Qualification: Any Graduate Ideal Candidate Profile: 4-6 years of experience in marketing (digital + offline) Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar industries preferred Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills Proficiency in campaign tools, digital platforms, and MS Office Job Summary: We are urgently looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a strong background in both digital and offline marketing , to lead and execute integrated campaigns, manage budgets, and drive brand visibility across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns Monitor and optimize performance and budget for both offline and digital channels 2. Content Development Create compelling content for digital, OOH, ATL/BTL marketing Coordinate with creative teams and vendors 3. Digital Marketing Manage social media, email marketing, SEM Track analytics and conduct monthly competitor analysis 4. Offline & Event Marketing Plan and manage events, trade shows, and offline promotions Handle event logistics and post-event analysis 5. Marketing Collaterals Develop brochures, presentations, and sales material Ensure alignment with brand standards 6. Market Research Analyze trends, competition, and market dynamics Support strategic marketing planning 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams Align marketing strategies with business goals 8. Budget Management Manage and track marketing budgets for maximum ROI 9. Reporting & Analytics Generate reports on campaign performance and KPIs Recommend improvements based on data insights 10.
