Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners such as local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers & Optical Shops Regularly visit and engage with existing and potential referrers to generate patient leads. Organize and conduct CMEs, doctor meets, and other outreach programs. Track referrals and follow up on patient conversions. Ensure to organise monthly camps Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and outcomes in the system. Analyze referral trends and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
