Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Drive new business development from scratch, especially in manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and negotiations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably from the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a passion for building business from the ground up.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
