Job Description

Location: Hadapsar /Bhosari /Sansawadi Company: OS Overseas We are looking for an MBA in Marketing with proven experience and a target-oriented mindset to join our dynamic team. Requirements: • MBA in Marketing (Full-time preferred) • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing • Strong focus on achieving sales/marketing targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Experience in industrial/technical sector (preferred but not mandatory) • Ability to travel if required Role Includes: • Developing and executing marketing strategies • Handling digital/field marketing campaigns • Client acquisition and retention • Market research & competitor analysis • Reporting and achieving weekly/monthly targets Salary: Attractive salary + Incentives based on performance
