About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive with strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and branding. Candidates with advertising/creative agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars across all platforms.

• Coordinate with the design and creative teams for timely content execution.

• Write engaging scripts, captions, and content for videos, reels, campaigns, and product promotions.

• Track and report performance of all digital campaigns.

Branding & Communication

• Support overall brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.

• Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, creatives, videos, and presentations.

• Manage agency interactions for creative, digital, and branding requirements.

• Ensure brand visibility across offline and online touch points.

Campaign Management

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.

• Manage influencer collaborations, vendor coordination, and media planning (if required).

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Content & Script Writing

• Develop scripts for promotional videos, corporate films, ads, and product explainers.

• Write persuasive marketing content aligned with brand tone and objectives.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in marketing/advertising agencies is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and branding.

• Excellent communication, script writing, and content development skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
