Position: Marketing Executive – Offline & Digital (Minizmo)

Role Summary:

The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing strategies to increase footfall at offline stores, drive brand visibility, and support digital & e-commerce growth across platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Offline Store Marketing

• Execute local marketing activities (flyers, events, mall activations, walk-ins)
• Coordinate with malls/partners for co-branded promotions
• Track footfall and campaign ROI

Digital & Social Media

• Assist in content planning for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Coordinate with design team for creatives
• Run local ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to boost online visibility and in-store visits

E-commerce Support

• Ensure product listings, banners, and SEO content are optimized
• Track e-commerce sales, traffic, and campaigns
• Coordinate with influencers or stylists for content collaborations

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain campaign performance dashboards
• Coordinate between store teams and digital vendors/agencies

Requirements

• 2–3 years in marketing, retail/fashion/e-commerce preferred
• Good understanding of social media trends, reels, and local promotions
• Basic skills in Canva/Excel/Google Ads Manager a plus
• Creative mindset + strong execution ability
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
