Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (digital and offline).
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
• Assist in developing promotional materials like brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales support roles.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of B2B or B2C marketing strategies.
