We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our marketing team to support ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities. This role will offer hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns across various platforms, working with cross-functional teams, and helping build brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

ATL Activities:

Assist in coordinating mass media advertising such as TV, radio, print, and digital.

Support in campaign planning, briefings, and execution.

Help track ad placements and collect campaign performance data.

Coordinate with creative and media agencies for artwork and timelines.

BTL Activities:

Support execution of on-ground activations like mall events, exhibitions, and roadshows.

Assist with POS (Point-of-Sale) displays, in-store branding, and trade marketing activities.

Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and local event organizers.

Help manage brand visibility across retail outlets and events.

Collect consumer feedback and market insights during BTL events.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for on-ground campaigns and activations.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
