As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic individuals who excel in field sales and client engagement. The ideal candidate will actively connect with builders, contractors, architects, and real estate developers in Bangalore, promoting our products and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients including builders, real estate developers, and contractors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business. Conduct field visits to showcase DoorFit’s product range and explain product features/benefits. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business development. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project details. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales (preferably in building materials, interiors, or related industries). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate and construction market is an advantage. Compensation & Benefits: Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives.
