Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to build relationships, generate leads, and promote our products/services. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining product details, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services. Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to handle rejections. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems. Self-motivated and target-driven personality. Why Join Us?
