Role Summary

We’re hiring a smart, entrepreneurial MBA Executive who can own both Marketing and Finance functions. You will plan our ad campaigns, drive customer footfall, manage collaborations, and simultaneously build solid financial models, investor decks, and reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing & Growth

· Create and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram).

· Run offline campaigns, event promotions, temple/tourism partnerships.

· Handle daily social media content, influencer outreach, and local PR.

· Organize demo events, VR setups at fairs, expos, and religious festivals.

Finance & Strategy

· Build and update revenue models, unit economics, and breakeven analysis.

· Create investor-ready pitch decks and financial plans.

· Monitor ROI on marketing and optimize for CAC/LTV.

· Prepare reports for grant applications and stakeholder review.

What We’re Looking For

· MBA in Marketing & Finance (Tier 1/2 preferred).

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in startups, entertainment, or tech.

· Solid grasp of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics).

· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling.

· Strong execution mindset – you love to get things done and move fast.
