Marketing Executive

As an MBA Executive at Mahhayatrah Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of spiritual storytelling through cutting-edge technology. With 12 years of experience in startups, entertainment, or tech, you will be responsible for spearheading both Marketing and Finance functions to drive the company's growth and success. In the realm of Marketing & Growth, you will be tasked with creating and managing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. Additionally, you will oversee offline campaigns, event promotions, and partnerships with temples and tourism entities. Your duties will also include handling social media content, influencer outreach, and local PR efforts, as well as organizing demo events and VR setups at fairs, expos, and religious festivals. On the Finance & Strategy front, you will be required to develop and update revenue models, unit economics, and breakeven analysis. You will be instrumental in creating investor-ready pitch decks, financial plans, and reports for grant applications and stakeholder reviews. Monitoring ROI on marketing initiatives and optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV) will also be part of your purview. The ideal candidate for this role should hold an MBA in Marketing & Finance from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution, with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics.
